Sparrows Point II Apartments is a project-based Section 8 Development designed for the Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities. 

The community consists of 151 apartments. Of which there are 135 one bedroom and 16 two bedroom apartments.

All apartments are smoke free.

Sparrows Point II Apartments has implemented an Elderly Preference effective May 1, 2023.
