The Elms Apartments is a project-based Section 8 and Tax Credit Development designed for the Families, Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities.
The community consists of 120 apartments. Of which there are 57 one bedroom, 51 two bedroom, and 12 three bedroom apartments.
All apartments are smoke free.
