Sparrows Point III

Sparrows Point III Apartments is a project-based Section 8 Development designed for the Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities.  Sparrows Point III Apartments has implemented an Elderly Preference effective May 1, 2023. The community consists of 176 apartments. Of which there are 157 one bedroom and 19 two bedroom apartments. All apartments are smoke free.
