Scituate Vista Apartments is a project-based Section 8 Development designed for the Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities.
The community consists of 232 apartments. Of which there are 154 one bedroom midrise apartments, 54 one bedroom townhouses, 16 two bedroom midrise apartments and 8 two bedroom townhouses apartments.
All units are smoke free.
Scituate Vista Apartments has implemented an Elderly Preference effective October 1, 2012.Â
