Carpionato Group’s property management structure is organized by specific product type with central operations for all retail/office management and accounting. The benefits of centralized retail/office management include consistency of vendor service across a large portfolio, creating cost efficiencies and adhering to uniform accounting best practices necessary for compliance (and to meet exacting standards required) with many of the nation’s largest retailers and Fortune 500 companies.
Management structure within Carpionato Group’s hospitality division functions both with on-site management/maintenance personnel.
