Full Time Position
Under the direction of the Head Chef, the line cook will be responsible for duties
of prepping, preparing, cooking and executing meals for guests in our restaurant and lounge. The kitchen has a rotating seasonal menu where line cooks have the ability to work with the head chef to use their creativity. This individual must maintain cleanliness and excellent working conditions in the kitchen and with all equipment. This individual will also comply with the hotel uniform and grooming standards. This full-time position will have mandatory holidays and Saturdays throughout the busy season. Must be at least 21 years of age.
