Bakery Culinary Assistant

Full Time Position

Under the direction of the Bakery Manager, The Bakery Assistant will assist in the production of all baked goods including, but not limited to, Pastries, Breads, Pies, and Cakes for the entire Food and Beverage Department. Experience in a bakery is required. Skills and experience in high volume facility with scratch-made items is very much preferred. This full-time position will have mandatory holidays and Saturdays throughout the busy season. Must be at least 18 years of age.
