Sparrows Point I Apartments is a project-based Section 8 Development designed for the Elderly (62 years of age and older) and/or person with disabilities .Â
The community consists of 151 apartments. Of which include 135 one bedroom and 16 two bedroom apartments.
All apartments are smoke free.
Sparrows Point I Apartments has implemented an Elderly Preference effective May 1, 2023.
